There's no job secure in byju's . also hike and role change No proper management to hear the employees issues Not getting proper response from management There's no one to one discussion with manager yet Reporting manager changing frequently . There's no platform to learn and upgrade new skill sets

I worked at Byjus for about 7. 8 Years as a QA Engineer. Our tech team environment was too friendly and good.Apraisal,leave everything was perfect. I am thakful to Byju's for the professional and personal life growth. In tech team,I really loved the work life balance and was very happy but then the sad part of lay off came to my life and my journey of Byju's ends there.

One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.
