The Analytics Team was very good. Helpful people , work life balance maintained

Dislikes

Company has no proper strategy to run the business. No benefits for employees. Not even cab facility. Job security is 0.

The job security is so good that you will have to show an unmatched level of carelessness along with high lack of intent to get attrited. Work culture is not something which i can take pride on, but again this varies from team to team along with your designation. Pressure is always there, learn to absorb or else life will be a mere torchure. Management sometimes gets very tough as everything is so fast-paced and you are always under pressure to deliver. But you will always find yourself to be tougher and a better version of yourself...company policies are not taken very seriously, minimum hr involvements are there and manager only takes care of everything...Read More

There is a lot of partiality, politics rules talent here. The distribution of work and power is illuisite, buttering will help you in your growth....again i am not saying that talent is overlooked...if you are smart enough to also speak for your talent you can reach the sky in no time....belkieve me sky is the limit here if you are both hard-workinga and smart....you just need to put up the show to the right audience...Read More
