Only the people will work here for the money, Here I didnt find any Work-life balance, pretend that they are providing Work life balance But Originally, we here in Byjus Works 12 Hours in a Day and 2 times in a month we loose our week-off and work for the productivity.

I suggest everyone to never be a part of byjus as aBDA. Because for byjus bda profile is just a source of growing their company at any cost they hire candidates as a traine for 6 weeks and pressires candidates to achieve targets which is hard to complete and after complication of it they fire u .

I am writing this based on my 4 months experience at BYJU'S. Life at BYJU'S is all about challenges. If you want a ☮️ peaceful job then never join BYJU'S. But if you want a job with lot of money, perks, incentives, learning, challenges then come and join Byjus. The amount of salary and incentives are damn awesome. The company spendsmoney on their employees like water, but yes in return company expects the same from their employees. Its not like a traditional morning 9–5 job. But here its more than that, you are in the office only for 3 days, i.e Wed, Thus, Fri, during weekends you will be on field and on Mon and Tue its relax time Company takes care of all your travel expenses and accommodation charges incase if you are on field in different city.
