If you want to make money byjus is the best choice there will be no family life work life will be 100% but you can make a huge incom and experience

Dislikes

For BDE's there is no social life in Byjus ,very stressfull and imbalanced work culture . Too much pressure to Complete Weakly targets,managers won't even rest.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
