Unfriendly employee policies Strict work from home and no flexibility Sales associates are not treated well and this is not corporate at all. Approval should be taken for paid leaves as well Incentives appraisal everything is pending and if you leave this doesn't even come in F&F People do call late night , on weekoffs anytime. Time is not respected

Nothing to like about firing people like hell, its very hard to work in the HR Department of this company as they will not give any respect to HRs only thing they care is sales BDAs

Dislikes

Nothing good everything is worst and no respect to its HR employees, No job security they will pay you well while hiring and may give beyond market expectations but while firing they will fire you in a single day without giving any notice.
