Nothing to like about. Very bad work culture and company is not the culprit but it's the upper management which will make ground level employee do unethical things for their own personal targets and promotion. This has ultimately created bad image for the company on the ground. For employees there is officially Monday as off and Tuesday as half day but rarely you will feel like there is any off as you have to work on off day as well and in half day you have to report as usual like full day time....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
