When the appraisal time came they told us that all the HR Analyst in pan India level is moving to third party payroll and asked us to initiate the exit or else they told they will be holding our salary. We didn't had any option other that resigning from Byju's.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Money laundering has happened from the company in a very creative way by fooling the entire law. 5. The list goes on....Read More
