I have been with the company for 3 years with very little complaints from my end along the way. I think that speaks a lot more than anything else about the work culture here.

Dislikes

No cons. Just a whole lot of love for the company.

Likes

Working with leaders and mentors of the highest caliber has been an incredible experience. My first year at BYJU'S has come to a close. Despite many ups and downs, I have managed to do my best.

Dislikes

To my knowledge there are no cons. I have learned from every experience.

Work Details

BYJU'S hire fast and fire fast. This forces us to focus on our priorities and go ahead on the career ladder. Like I said, I have had a few ups and downs in my work, but overall it has been a good experience.

There is always a person to help us out if we're stuck. The people are well mannered and friendly. One of the best places I have worked at!

There is a small amount of pressure to keep up with deadlines

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
