I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

No work life balance. They expect you to work even after 10 pm . Moreover do not treat us as humans and very bad behaviour. Difficult for a person with self respect to work in such environment

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.

Good knowledge providing edu tech but work culture is aggressive and people are addicted to their culture and many pains and many torture for employees, doesn't went outside of company , everyone know what they're doing but it was made by their hierarchies.

You have freedom to run your centre according to you as an Academic Manager. I got learn a lot if things like parent (customer handling,Faculty Management, Work Load is very less, If you are preparing for an exam this job is best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
