My manager was the only person who was good ...else company and job culture is worse ...no work life balance ...you have to work upto 12-13 hours a day minimum ...they just use to deduct your salary in small small things .... never thought that company would be like this before joining..but after joining i realised that they are just using business dev associated to sell their product anyhow , and their service quality is worst so parents always use to call and use harsh words to bda's ....Read More

Firstly, let me tell you, sales is not for everyone! One year here actually gave me the hands on training of BBA and that too by making more than 100K a month. The company expects energetic people who are pro active, and it pays you for it. It likes to keep you on your toes, wants you to have a go getter attitude. For me it’s a dream come true! This role is for passionate people, who wants to make the big bucks and wants to work towards it instead of making excuses. I do not dislike a thing about byju’s sale force but there are a few things that all the aspirants should know: You will be responsible for revenue! If you’re making the big bucks, then you will not have week offs. Sure, you will go for dinners and meet friends, but you will be available on call, you laptop will be in your car! There is no cut off time. We are not selling wafers. You will make up to your girlfriend or boyfriend by taking them on expensive vacations and five start resorts. So they will understand when you say you’re working and you won’t be able to meet them before 9:30pm. No, you are not entitled for anything until you’ve proven yourself, college is over! Those participation medals means nothing! Everything needs to be earned here. Show your effort, do what you’re told, and be true to yourself; not a single manager will be able to say anything to you.
