NOTHING WORTH LIKING IN BYJU'S SALES.Can't say anything about other job roles,but sales department is pathetic.Job security is worst, lets not talk about work culture in liking part,cause it's pathetic.Managenent is a big zero, complete failure.

Pathetic management, money minded cheap mentality bosses, they will squeeze your every last drop of energy. Public harassment.The whole byjus thing is a they'll abuse you every possible way, if a single week goes bad for you.NO PERSONAL LIFE AT ALL.

THERE IS NO LIFE AND ONLY WORK IN BYJU'S. This work is pretty boring as it is weekly the same cold calling and selling the disgusting product they make. Abusive language to employees from higher authorities is a part of daily work flow.

Honestly there is nothing that you will like in byjus, they just attract you with high salary on paper but at the end of the day there are multiple deduction in your salary, you will get incentive if you are doings good amount if sales but there product quality sucks which is why parents tend to return much often and the entire salary will get deducted for cancellation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Much more to it, as it says that you will travell alot but mind it as you are traveling to different villages slum areas and much more places, while working in byjus for a year what i faced was manager here is very egoistic full of arrogance and Hippocratic they will give you good quality of leads only if they likes you doesn't even matter if you can achieve the target or goals or you are capable of providing sales to the company all they care about is there ego and themselves, i was a girl employee in byjus working for more then 12hour was not possible for me still i was asked to take session till 12 mid night in completely unknown palce and returning back by 1-2 am there work culture and timing sucks worst part is working in byjus will become more hell for you if you try to raise complain because all the HR is basically pet dogs of the manager, they show growth to you but when the time comes it also completely get depended on manager if he will pass a good review or not</mark>. there is so much pressure, no job security. managers and sr manager always abusing not have any professional even sr manager without any logic speak each other.. without need to sale the product after punch return it..

i don't like a work culture 9am to 11pm when it happens we did not know. many times when i was in conduction do oder punching 2am after that come back to home 4am and than again going to new condition early morning 8 Am then start new day to recycle. without sleeping work continueuslly. no one to care for your health. when i was work there i feel like a labour bound i had join this organisation to see that of salary package but didn't expected this kind of work to working. shining off. if anyone to join this organisation please think about it once you earn a money lot but never to expend properly....Read More
