Working at BYJU's is extreme hard work! It is basically very tough life for employees. The actual job, to be precise, is just one of the many struggles of the overall everyday work. Educational counselling, although, is the best part. Since talking to people and counselling them is always something I look forward to as a business development associate and will keep looking forward to it. Apart from that, I would say that if you are new to business development, you may find it difficult to cope up and maybe you might leave the job due to unwanted barriers....Read More

The work culture is a quite a mess at certain management level in the company. For example, during the training period, where you don't have much choice apart from "following what your manager says" (In the end, managers decision will decide your place in the company). Secondly, Micromanagement is kind of habit that manager usually prefers in order to "get things done" while WFH or otherwise instead of relying upon trainees to do their job. Thirdly, the mood of manager makes a lot of impact on employees. So even if you are at your best, the manager's behavior might not let you reach your potential that you think you can easily achieve. Apart from that, you might get bullied all the time in simple words! They are maybe 100% not so sure bullied by their managers.
