Nothing positive. You get paid for giving up everything to byjus. It's like submit yourself to the company so that the byju raveendran can enjoy the annual turnover you give him. It's just a scam

Dislikes

Byjus simply uses people for their annual turnover. Any BDA OR BDM has to start around 7.30/8am and then forget your life till 11pm. You hardly get time to sleep. If you have a family forget them or keep their mouth shut with that salary you get by grinding yourself. At home,you'll be just be a paying guest bcz you come home only to eat and spend a night that's it.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
