First thing is learning the work, how to work and how to maintains and how to communicate with worker and superiors... They are immediately respond and clear my doubts according to the work... That way i enjoyed a lot on learning the work because i love the civil engineer job...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
