No growth Bias environment Personal relatives are overpowered. Overnight decisions changed Gender biased Lack of growth opportunities Slow pace environment Any time thay will ask you to change the role, Department, Location. ( Role is totally different from your current aspects. HR to Sales or any thing in operations If you are not flexible you are out at moment

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
