The CEO shouted on me in front of whole staff after they asked my resignation.... I was ready to leave but it wasn't enough for them so he shouted on me in front of whole staff and left a scar inside me for life... They treated me as if I am not even a human being.... Guys please don't join this company if you are not clever enough....

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
