Am I on right path?
Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ā‚¹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ā‚¹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ā‚¹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ā‚¹35K. With managementā€™s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ā‚¹45K + ā‚¹11K (night shift), later growing to ā‚¹58K + ā‚¹11K by optimizing processes. Now, Iā€™m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
