There is no systematic approach, more concentrate on productions no aspect of quality is consider. No safety practice is there. The quality GM is unable to write and read english then how can you expect yhe system there. No sytematic problem solving, proces control ,no statistical control. If the incoming/inprocess quality control guy is say ok then its ok if not its noy. No statistic. Purchase department worst corrupted. Stores no one is educated. There are lot of operator in press shop who lost their life by this company. Come to HR , there is no clear policy or strategy. Appraisal are based on sommbu. Leave, Onduty are more paper work. Freshers can learn more. They never supported me during COVID 19. I don't get salary either. I asked for remote work or change of department. They never approved it. I've been struggling to get another job with this experience. No scope and growth.

Work Life is really poor. They never gave me proper hike. I have to go everyday to ask about my hike and promotions (they promised hike and promotions within a year during interview) They never let me change my department.
