You guys ask to speak only in fluent English. While in central and state level government jobs also English is not required in exam or interview. The exam can be given in Gujarati, Hindi and English and also in the interview you are given a choice of Hindi or Gujarati. So your company or job is nothing against it. Your salary is also nothing. Where the national language or mother tongue of one's country is not important. That place is empty. I know English very well. But I kept my speech in Hindi so my name was not shortlisted for the job. Yours seems to be the product of all the English. The British left the country but it seems they left you to spoil everything and preserve the dominance of their language. This is very shameful for my country and its pride....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
