I've joined BK in December 2024 it's been 3 months I'm working there. I've seen there is no facilities for employees. We can't use AC in the lobby and not even in the kitchen. I've told RGM for like 100s of time about the problem but he didn't listen. We only have 3 boys at night shift and we have to handle everything. Cleaning cooking and products unloading. We don't get time to take breaks. I've told RGM that if we have to continue the online delivery then we need atleast 5 boys but he tried to fire me from the company. He told me that if I have any problem I'm all good to leave the job. But I will not leave it like this. I want them to know that we are also humans just like customers. They only focus on customers. Even few customers told me that how we work in this bad condition no AC no ventilation no exhaust. Sometimes some old equipment throw electric currents. I want to complain about it but I don't have any idea.. if anyone of u know something please help me....Read More

It was fun working at BK, always on your toes & Supply Chain in a QSR is a different ballgame. Initially a lot to learn while doing. Celebrations were nice & a feeling of being a team was there.

Though work was fun, the work life balance was pathetic, you have to be available on Sundays as well at least on call.

Company is not serious in inside relationship, like male manager relationship with female staff and your area leader or your market manager and RGM know that but not taken action about this, because of that other manager and staff Safar. I want help in that please. Because of this situation many of staff and manager leave the company
