Company is not serious in inside relationship, like male manager relationship with female staff and your area leader or your market manager and RGM know that but not taken action about this, because of that other manager and staff Safar. I want help in that please. Because of this situation many of staff and manager leave the company

Worst company to work. Full of politics. Worst CIO to work with as he is not attentive in meeting always on mobile texting during meetings, no transparency with in the departments. No powers with him to take decisions.
