I was working for Building & Infrastructure service line in pune Region for past 3 years and I swear the entire team of this service line is pathetic. They would recruit a new person but won’t promote a hard working employee. Regional General Manager, Regional Sales Manager - B&I & Regional Head - B&I are just puppets of the management which is led by Mr. Surajit Pan who just slangs money to gets the work done. There is nothing to Like About Bureau Veritas, The compoany is MNC but the Indian Management Team is not less than a shit. They are Dead People. Specially those who are sitting in HO for more than 20 years. Company Claim themselves as Ethical but the top management is the most corrupt people I ever Met. Lobbying is there. No Employee engagement activities . Appraisal is 5 to 8 % yearly. I spent 3 years in which 2 years are of covid but as the market opened, I switched to another company ASAP. The mumbai Team of Industry vertical is Totally LALA Team which is doing Height of Unethical Practices under the Regional General Manager. Including the words mentioned in Like section , I would Like to add about BV , The HR team of Bureau veritas sitting in Head office, Mumbai are just puppets. not even having knowledge of what HR duties are. They come at 9:30 AM , go for Tea at 10 AM, then go for lunch at 1 PM , than go for high tea at 4 PM and rest of the time they do gossips while sitting at their respective places and at sharp 5:30 they leave premises. Why those women HR's are paid for ? No any Employment Activities during my tenure. No Person is interested to know what is the business of our company. Even no employee grooming being done. No marketing activities being done. The only this BV consider as Marketing is SALES , they just want numbers specially Mumbai team. Overall, I would say , Join BV outside India....Read More
