Now a days,I find there is no confidence on job security after working with dedication for long years.There is Asian and other culture is discreminated.All top executive level you see no Asians enrolled.Arabs and others are preferred, even though they have no experience in similar field. Managers use abusive language. There is no work life balance. Health safety and environment policy is only to hang on a wall. You have to work even if you are on sick leave. You get scolded for less revenue but they make you cancel inspections or audits because of less manpower. This place is not for you if you are a woman. They aretrying to hire more women now only because new CEO is a woman and they have to SHOW gender equality. Otherwise women have almost no growth here. They will create stupid new positions at the time of appraisal and give to women and will give hardly any raise. Simply because they can't make women seat for longer hours.
