Very bad work culture. Principal thinks all teachers are his servent, so he can treat anyhow he like. He thinks himself as best and behaves as if he is paying the salary from his pocket. They don't like to give rest to teachers, they don't like to give holidays, they want teachers to do work of clerk, peon, lab assistant, everything. They do business, not running school. On national holiday, they bring out notice teacher must be present. If you have any plan, you have to cancel. Else your money will be deducted....Read More

I joined as a Assistant Teacher for Computer Science. But I worked as Teacher, lab assistant, Data entry operator, Clerk, peon and worked overtime with no extra pay regularly.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
