Growth opportunities are there but take a very long time and are also not sure even if the work is extraordinary. Learning totally depends on individual if you have attention to detail you’ll learn a lot and maybe put those skills to work somewhere else because promotions can take More than half a decade. Work life balance is the one thing to love it depends on door to door but is truly convenient. Obviously you’ll need to show up whenever the store requires but that’s a rare case. Mostly the company compensates with an equal hour off.
