Only supports nepotism, infact the position of project controller is one of the worst position.

Nothing. They have service commitment bond of 2years which is meant to cheat employees. They don't provide salary on time. No perks. No career growth. Life will be ruined. Please don't join and spoil your future.

Dislikes

No work culture. No training and time to understand project. Management doesn't help and respond. HR department doesn't guide employees and cheat employees by using company policy. Management bring low budget projects and make employees work extra. No fun and learning. No skill and personal development. No leaves and bonus. No incentives
