Bunge as a global company is very good. But when it comes to India they are a amanger driven company

Dislikes

Trainings, job security and skill enhancements are lacking. The work divide is not clear between departments. internal promotions are only for chamchas

Dislikes

No work life balance, No Job security, Poor Management. No career growth....even parking is chargable for 2500 PM.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
