It boasts to be one of the top cash rich companies n having world class infrastructure and systems but it's not true

The terms of service were changed after joining, no consideration was given to those who relocated for the job, communication was really opaque n confused, I had a very bitter experience in terms of false promises, money lost, emotional torture and I end up paying them for working there.... never ever would recommend anyone for Bunge.

Its a captive unit , so opportunities are there to understand process end to end. Company location is very awesome, you can enjoy the enviromnet of chandigha and Mohali, provided that your reporting manager won't ask you to work late night and over week end. Aslo their medical insurance policy is good 8 out of 10 for it.

1) Work life balance is zero, i had been asked to work 13-14 hours in a day. 2) Be ready to work over every week end and even at national holiday, as manager generaly asked to work in this way. 3) Manager driven company , they are very dominating by nature, if you compain HR won't respond till the time you will not escalate it to very senior management. ( people sitting out side Mohali) 4) Manager can threath to you to hold your reliving letter and Full and Final if your are at Notice period and denied to work at holiday. 5) People are less professional than cities like Dehli NCR , Mumbai and Pune....Read More
