if you leave not provided experience latter and reliving letter. HR and senior did not respond. PF cut in office account but if you resign they will not get your PF. no salary time to time. also, Sunday working. senior and HR are not professional. no growth. senior are shoe licking activities so he does partiality with staff and makes fake complaints, rumors, and blams those who don't do buttering or walk back and forth but few employees were experts in office in these activities and they get special treatment from senior there work was good or not. this is the working experience of 7 to 8 yrs in builtwell solutions Ltd where is don't know the detailed work of any specific project and expects the employee not to make a single error in file deliver to client. this was not an issue that I have faced many other employees also have the same concerns but because of the insecurity of their jobs, they don't make any complaints. the strange thing was I discussed this issue with HR and management there was no response....Read More

Gives a good salary for a fresh civil engineer even though their profit from him is thrice or quadrupole from the salary he is getting.
