Firstly to state, the work space is absolutely a happy and energetic place. From the higher end management till the supporting staff, everyone is supportive and friendly. More of professionalism as 95% of us working here are having a similar educational background (either BE in Civil or B.Arch Graduates) so this is more convenient for us to internally communicate. This is my first job, a place that I directly stepped onto after my student life and from that bookish environment to reality is something really different and I am grateful that buildAhome has thought me a lot in all aspects. (My personal experience is that I have learnt so much apart from what I was known from my MD, my Manager, my Project Head and few other departments) Every company do has a set of policies of it's own, and I personally believe that following all the rules and regulations at work place will always help a individual to grow professionally, and also helps in sustaining strongly anywhere else in the journey of our career. Private sectors do not have a job security like government sector and that's quite obvious that everyone knows it, so to avoid all the commotions that arises during the relieving time, buildAhome's policy states that we need to stay in a notice period for 1 month's time, and that is something really helpful for an individual to search an new opportunity and also for the company to replace the position with another perfect candidate. As of now, I haven't dealt anything such. Every place based on that particular current situation (whatsoever) has it's own ups and downs and its completely dependent on how an individual handles the situation and tackles it.

Work Details

I'm into team Business Development, as a Technical CRE. I handle the requirements of the clients throughout Karnataka as their account manager for their home construction approach from the day one until the closure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
