It is with much delightment that I am writing this review. I worked in Build Own Developers Pvt. Ltd., as a Sales Consultant. I've been there for around ten months. I must say that the company offers such a productive work place that it really cares about the needs of their employees. Eventhough I was a fresher during the initial stages of my career, I was offered and given lot more training that subsequently made me a skilled person and I must say this will be an asset for me all along my career as my skills got a lot of exposure. In case of my salary and incentives, company without any delay paid me on time, at the end of every month. As far as I know, this salary time policy is one of the important aspect that the company always abide.
