Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive management is transparent. TL and manager here are very friendly. Company policies are constantly being improved. Best company to start and build our career.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
