No salary hike No promotion if you are not going for a drink with senior managers or if you are not having any kind of relationships with senior managers. Toxic work culture specially in GBA and GCB. Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.

Good company, if you want to work in MNC culture , no one will bother you. But you will not get promotion or growth here. People are sitting at the same position for more than 10 years now.
