Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.

Good company, if you want to work in MNC culture , no one will bother you. But you will not get promotion or growth here. People are sitting at the same position for more than 10 years now.

The top management is hired from Wipro BPO even being captive senior management runs the company like a third party and micro management at its peak. Discussed promotion and IDP gets canceled Any Ops run the show with Inclusive decision making moved to different campaign Micromanage people you will be rewarded with promotion

Hikes are terrible Work flexibility is zero. Just on pen and paper they have flexible working options. No one can avail them except the managers sitting high above. If you wanna join BT , do join , no issues. Try not to join in kolkata location. There are serious problems there.

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect.
