BT is not a good salary giver, salaries are average. Growth opportunities are many but only talent and expertise won’t get you growth because the management decides in advance that who will be awarded IJPs. If you’re nit the most favourite, you ain't moving anywhere.

Internal office politics is terrible. A trainer named Lakshita Ahuja lied many new joiners and grabbed a lot of money from them. She was never forced to repay the money in spite of showing proofs by all. Another team manager Manisha Sinha from Billing department used to be biased with only her selected team members who has good relations with her and used to force employees dance in front of everyone and trap them who didn't used to butter her. Used to lie personally to her juniors and say exactly opposite thing in front of the management. This is the worst place to work....Read More
