The only thing which drives some one to be a part of BT is the UK shift apart from that there salary used to come on time.All and all apart from few incompetent people hired at the top level the over all company is a great place to work when they apparently started as captive after they had taken there business from HCL in 2015.Cool

Dislikes

Few incompetent people are actually hired at the top level who does not deserve to be there.Which actually makes some one life miserable.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

It was great apart from few hook ups that I had in my career.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have couple questions and doubts that I wanted to clarify before joining Genpact

My in-hand as discussed in interview was 30k and I was told that it's only one side cab with no travel allowance and as I'm staying far from the office I will spend at least 4k in travel making my in-hand 26k which is only 4k more than my current jobs pays Do Genpact also have incentives that could cover the travel fare and when doing night shift does they provide both side cab? Please help me here 🙏 anyone
