Very poor organization i never recommend to anyone work here. I don't have option to give negative rating otherwise i give negative rating to this organization. Extreme politics beyond level is there in this organization no one can actually think about that level. Management tells you about job security , leaves work life balance and promotion but Job always stake at risk and company gives promotion only to the extreme boot likers </mark> Management don't care about your work life balance and also don't understand about your leaves. If you need any leave they don't understand about your needs. They don't appreciate the hard work of the advisors. British Telecommunication made the policies only for the advisors level there is no transparency at all. Hr, Er, director or speak up at any level they don't follow the policies and also they don't maitain the transparency at all. They won't look listen to what and why advisors are saying this. If you decide to leave the organization then F&F team always tries to deduct and not to give your hard earn money to you. They will try to keep maximum amount with them. You will certainly loose your self respect, your inner peace and your work life balance after joining this organization. Personally, i don't recommend anyone to work there. Don't join British Telecommunication because of the brand. Join any other organisation and work there to maintain your work life balance, inner peace and your self respect....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Team Management are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

IJP process not very transparent, lot of shoe licking works.
