BT is a renowned organization but if you are into connections there are few manages and Opps managers working under them is a great toucher, the goona target you for no reason, if they will see a slight fall in your performance, instead for connecting with you discussing with for or understanding you they simply start giving your deducting your insentives and put you on plan also if you they get to know that you are planning to leave the organisation then they are after your life, as my manager didn't give to the approval to get my laptop to exchange during the notice period inspite of know it's not working and asked me to work on the same , tell me it's just a matter of a month try to manage it on your own. This is just one scenario I had to face but there would be many others suffering such kind of humiliation for such a "Great Brand"😅 There is a lot of pressure and no unity in the organisation as there are different teams working on the same process but non of them follows the same method they are always in a mod of comparison with other teams....Read More
