I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I loved to work at the institute. Very supportive teammates, no work pressure, satisfied with salary as a refresher and the work life was very well balanced.
