Job security in BSH is 100%. Work culture is ok but don't expect perfect. Company policy is tough.

Dislikes

The way of working in customer service field or as an Area Manager is little tough due to un-professional way of working from call centers and internal target pressure in service field due to secondary sales. There is no work life balance in this particular field due to continues phone calls to Area managers. This is about my feedback. Job security is good.
