Internal Politics is the worst at Brut. There are unsaid rules to everything and working with the top management and one has to keep on worrying all the time to not offend them even when you are doing your job exceedingly well. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
