German counterparts works on latest technologies and pass leftovers to Indian colleagues. So, not much exposure to latest technologies. 6. Casual attitude of managers 7. - Colleagues are friendly and help each other whenever needed. - Work culture is good, if not the best.

-Most of the decision making is done by the German Counterparts, making the Indian colleagues rely completely on them. - Most of the German And Indian colleagues avoid taking risky decisions and push the basic decision making to higher management, making the overall decision making very very slow. - Project management techniques used here are not up to the mark.
