Overall my experience was excellent. I was working all employees and management person. In this organisation developing in working condition and job security with job satisfaction to all employees.

Dislikes

Evaluation of all machine operator ( contract basic ) report not same send to supervisor to management.

I was working online quality inspection of parts with checking all parameters. And also working in quality Lab, in checking parts on UTM and distructive test and non distructive test.

1. Too much cost cutting now a days 2. Not much scope for upskilling 3. No trainings from company 4. Salaries are very low compared to market 5. German counterparts works on latest technologies and pass leftovers to Indian colleagues. So, not much exposure to latest technologies. 6. Casual attitude of managers 7. Worst employee retention policies.

- Colleagues are friendly and help each other whenever needed. - Work culture is good, if not the best.

-Most of the decision making is done by the German Counterparts, making the Indian colleagues rely completely on them. - Most of the German And Indian colleagues avoid taking risky decisions and push the basic decision making to higher management, making the overall decision making very very slow. - Project management techniques used here are not up to the mark.
