Multiple factors:- mismanagement no clarity in job role. No work life balance unnecessarily stretching work hours on name of meetings and reviews and latter no meetings are conducted 10am to 10pm shifts are minimum that they expect and mostly u cant leave before 12am or 1 depending on mood of site head

Have went for the interview. And cleared 3 rounds on the same day. And after 4 days they conducted the final round to which they didn’t revert. HR manager Rohit gives false hopes. Juthika has her own terrible attitude. Do not apply here.
