I'm working more than 1.5 years as a developer and the worst thing about this company is, Some seniors who made this company as a school and treat employees as their student. You never expect positive feedback from your seniors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
