Nothing much other than salary.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Job security is always at risk in Broadcom. You never know when is your turn to be thrown out. It doesn't matter if you are a performer or you have good tenure. Not at all employee centric, requesting people to come to the office during Covid. Also, no appraisals even when the company is in huge profits.

Pays Good in the industry .

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Toxic work culture . Lot of local workforce so no diversity at all . Even the meeting conducted in local language . Lvl7 employees only milking the company with dirty politics . Stay away there are better places to work and earn respect . Layoffs are frequent.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
