I worked at the Bangalore CA office, and this one was one of my pathetic experience.People do not give value to the team everyone are in the race to proof themselves. No respect to the human values, and no trust among the team members.

Most pathetic experience, hired for a innovative work and scraped it after couple of months.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
