The work pressure is high. There is no training for freshers.

Work Details

I have to attend the break down maintenance and do paperwork. Ensure preventive maintenance for machines are done at right times. Ensure the required spare parts of the machines are available

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
