Admin head also never supported his north admin team seems like he dont want to interfere in north admin issues . Family time is fully spoiled from the first day, no personal time , Sunday working and meetings regularly. Rude behaviour from RSM and State head. ASM's are very supportive but at the end they have their rude bosses aswell.
