The company is open to innovation and adopts latest and fresh technology .Ilove the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a good place in market. Another plus point is thatmy colleagues is from various background .we work happily in collaboration. I also likethe employee ri-hire policy.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straights in a day.some times managers has not action after many complaints.

Good work environment and culture. teammate are supportive . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appracisls are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't, address our issues salary is decent.there is a bond of 2year defore which you cannot resign.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
